This grainy, black-and-white photograph captures a surreal and slightly eerie scene at the Parade. Emerging from the shadows on the left, a life-sized Yoda puppet from Star Wars is caught in a harsh strobe light — its weathered, wrinkled face gazing toward the viewer with a startlingly lifelike and somewhat haunting expression. To the right, the back of a person in a heavy, textured denim jacket fills the frame, creating a sense of being deep in a crowded space.
