NYC Village Halloween Parade 1982-86 - Black & White

The five years included in this series, 1982 to 1986, mark the last years that Mr. Lee led the Parade, the first year that Jeanne Fleming took over directorship and the final few years that the parade was allowed on the small streets of Greenwich Village. 1984 marked the final year it would grace West Tenth Street before making Sixth Avenue its new home.
