NYC Village Halloween Parade 1983-87 - Black & White

The five years included in this series, 1983 to 1987, mark the last years that Mr. Lee led the Parade, the first year that Jeanne Fleming took over directorship and the final few years that the parade was allowed on the small streets of Greenwich Village. 1987 marked the final year it would grace West Tenth Street.
